Loved the "charming" older style property on a budget. Conveniently close to everything. The blend of Maltese and Australian architecture was.interesting. Wow, a small balcony! How luxurious. And don't get me started on the "ideal spot for birdwatching." Such excitement. *insert sarcasm*

Absolutely nothing to complain about. My stay was pure perfection.

The location was great: stores and a supermarket were within walking distance. Even the Cairns airport was not so far, 10 minutes drive away...

We stayed at Floriana Boutique in Cairns and were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful Art-Deco guesthouse on the esplanade. It was a refreshing change from the generic holiday apartments that dominate the area. The room, particularly Room 10, was spacious and had comfortable beds. The period furniture and fittings added a touch of charm. Derek, the staff member, was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the convenient location, close to the city and the hospital. The nearby lagoon pool was a great alternative while the guesthouse's pool area was undergoing refurbishment.

We truly enjoyed our one-night stay at Floriana Guest House. The traditional hotel offered good views, and the location was stunning and incredible. It was also very close to public transport, the hospital, and the Esplanade.

Clean, great value hotel, the location was good and stunning just off the Esplanade, great restaurants and facilities in Cairns, and Cairns. The staff where very very nice and the pool was nice. Liked the location between the airport and the city. Pizzeria Pedro's Pizza was located 15 minutes walk away.

For the price we paid, Floriana Boutique was a great value. The room was cozy and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the CBD. The staff made us feel welcome and took care of our needs with great warmth and friendliness.

I absolutely loved my stay at this charming guesthouse. The building was filled with character and the rooms were tastefully decorated and clean. The verandah studio room provided beautiful views of the surrounding area, making it a perfect base for relaxing walks and bird watching. The kitchenette in the room was an added bonus, allowing me to have a self-sufficient and comfortable stay. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant experience.

I did encounter a minor issue with the lighting at the back entrance, which was a bit dark and daunting for a solo female traveler at night.

We were happy to receive two complimentary drinks on arrival and free Wi-Fi during our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was close to all the main attractions. the view from our room was amazing!

We loved our stay in this heritage building close to the esplanade, right across from the beach, and within walking distance to the town center. The hotel facilities were excellent and the cleanliness was top-notch. Phil, the manager, was incredibly friendly and always available to assist.

I recently stayed at Floriana Boutique for a relaxing weekend getaway. The newly refurbished rooms were filled with charm and offered stunning views. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with the northern esplanade just across the road and my favorite hamburger place and Chinese food store nearby. The guesthouse had larger facilities than I expected and the rooms were comfortable and fresh, without any musty smell. The quiet and friendly atmosphere, along with the helpful and professional manager, Lynne, made for a delightful stay.

Spacious apartment with old world charm, comfy queen bed, and huge bathroom. Lovely location opposite the esplanade. Nice pool, quiet area, and friendly staff. Beautiful views of the beach and coast from the main room. Vintage features like the bay window and stamped ceiling add character.

The guest house is located in a prime area, right on the promenade with fantastic views from the front windows. It is in a quieter part of town, but still very close to the centre of the city. Guests can enjoy the pool, which is perfect for a smaller property. The Bohemian feel of the property is very quaint and offers a blast from the past.

Some guests have mentioned that they found the bathrooms to be a bit small and not up to par with their expectations.
